PARC Program Applications


For convenience the PARC Program Application is divided into the two parts:
  1.  Organization Information. One submission required per organization.
  2.  Project Information. One submission required per project or program.
Splitting the application into two parts allows one organization to submit multiple projects or programs, while not requiring them to repeatedly fill out their same organization information each time.
2025 Application Timeline
Jan 23 - PARC workshop
Jan 24 - Applications open
Feb 27 - Applications close
Mar 13 - Applicant presentations (part 1)
Mar 20 - Applicant presentations (part 2)
Apr 22 - Board presents recommendations to council
May 13 - Council approves PARC projects and funding

Application Deadline
Applications are due online by end of day on Feb 27, 2025.

PARC Program projects are separated into three categories: Cultural Arts Facilities, Recreational Facilities, and Cultural Organizations. Please select the application below that applies to your project, as indicated by the elgibility requirements listed under each application.
