- Is the facility a museum, theater, art center, music hall, or other cultural arts facility?

Eligibility:
- Have you attended the American Fork PARC Application Workshop?
- Does the organization have a significant presence in American Fork City?
- Is the organization a private nonprofit organization?
- Is the organizations primary purpose the advancement and preservation of (i) natural history, (ii) art, (iii) music, (iv) theater, (v) dance, or (vi) cultural arts, including literature, a motion picture, or storytelling?
- Is the organization an agency of the state?
- Is the organization a political subdivision of the state?
- Is the organization an educational institution whose annual revenues are derived more than 50% from state funds?
- Is the organization a radio or television broadcasting network or station, cable communication system, newspaper or magazine?
- Is the organization a private non-profit organization? For purposes of PARC Tax funding, “non-profit” shall mean an organization or corporation that is not organized, created, operated or maintained to generate a profit or distribute income to its members, directors, or officers.
