PARC Program Applications
For convenience the PARC Program Application is divided into the two parts:
- Organization Information. One submission required per organization.
- Project Information. One submission required per project or program.
Mandatory Workshop
Those planning to participate in the 2020 PARC program must attend the mandatory workshop on Thur, Jan 28 at 7 p.m. The workshop will be in the conference room of the City Administrative Offices located at 51 E Main St.
Application Deadline
Applications are due online by end of day on Feb 26, 2020.
Application Process
If you have received any carryforward funds for projects, you will be asked to account for those funds. Additionally, you may be asked to reduce your future project funding needs by the remining carryforward balance. Carryforward funds can only be used for the same project in future years.

Application Process
- Become familiar with PARC guidelines, qualifications and definitions. Start by reading the Program Overview tab on the left side of this page.
- Attend the application workshop on Thur, Jan 28 at 7 p.m.
- Submit an official PARC application online.
- Make a brief presentation before the PARC Advisory Board and/or City Council.

PARC Program projects are separated into three categories: Cultural Arts Facilities, Recreational Facilities, and Cultural Organizations. Please select the application below that applies to your project, as indicated by the elgibility requirements listed under each application.
